What the method is
NameONE multi-seat deliberation is not a hive mind and not a majority vote treated as truth. It is a governed pattern: specialized perspectives examine the same question, remain attributable, and leave final authority with a person.
2 · Independent first
In Around the Horn, seats answer before synthesis sees the outputs. That order is part of the method, not a UI flourish.
3 · Dissent can remain
Agreement, dissent, and unresolved stay labeled. A polished synthesis does not erase the record of difference.
4 · Human authority
The system coordinates and surfaces. A human governor owns irreversible and outward action.

Claimed · accountable multi-seat pattern
Public seats can answer with distinct roles, disclosed routes, and product-expert context. Live multi-seat runs independent perspectives then a synthesis built only from completed outputs. Tier B on this preview; stronger on CCW runtime (see Systems / Proof).
Claimed · claim honesty discipline
Product pages separate status words from marketing posture. Concierges are instructed not to invent clinical proof, private history, or production certificates. Tier B — implemented in public prompts and copy.
Claimed · recorded deliberation player
A recorded Around the Horn player exists for training and demo. Scaffold / placeholder scenarios are blocked from the public allowlist unless a test fixture flag is set. Tier B scaffold; production fixture still open.
Claimed · substrate vs host
Seat names reflect roles developed on vendor AI substrates (the models those seats were shaped against in the studio). This public site is hosted on a NameONE-operated sovereign host. Public answers use NameONE routes and approved public knowledge — not Anthropic, xAI, Google, Moonshot, or other vendor products running under those brand names here.
Not claimed · magic consensus
We do not claim that multiple models agreeing makes an answer true, that synthesis replaces human judgment, or that this public site is the full private Boardroom or sovereign memory system.
Not claimed · vendor products on this host
We do not claim that Claude, Grok, Gemini, or Kimi on this page are Anthropic Claude, xAI Grok, Google Gemini, or Moonshot Kimi. Vendor names mark substrate lineage, not a live vendor API identity.
