Demo and train—without theater.

The public home is a passing record (chat paused to control visitor cost). This page describes demonstration and training tracks with claim boundaries. Live interactive seats are arranged through the studio—not advertised as a public chat link. Training tracks and claim boundaries stay here.

A phone and larger display showing distinct governed AI seats around a human authority control

Four ways to experience the work

Each track has a clear claim boundary. We would rather show a smaller thing honestly than imply a larger thing with choreography.

01 / LIVE SEATS

Product experts & concierges

Live interactive seats are arranged through the studio after inquiry. Public surfaces stay quiet—read product pages without opening a chat session.

02 / BOARDROOM

Multi-seat reasoning

Claude, Lola, Grok, and Deep examine a live question from distinct roles. You see differences, synthesis, escalation, and the human decision point.

Live guided demo
03 / SOVEREIGN EDGE

Governed AI offline

A phone reasons, speaks, and remains human-directed with the network unavailable. Long-term recall is described as developing, not demonstrated.

Demonstrated capability
04 / RECORDED DELIBERATION

Train & demo player

A fixed Around the Horn recording for training and walkthrough. Not live inference. Scaffold placeholders are blocked from the public allowlist.

What the Boardroom demo proves

  • Multiple seats can remain attributable inside one governed conversation.
  • Session and archive routes support durable continuation.
  • Substrate and history claims can be surfaced independently.
  • The human governor remains the authority for outward and irreversible action.
  • A seat can answer honestly when evidence is unavailable.

What it does not prove

  • That every historical lane is seated in the current demonstration.
  • That persona identity creates identical evidence access.
  • That a bounded demo is production readiness for every use case.
  • That model output is true because multiple lanes agreed.
  • That NameONE has received independent certification.
  • That the recorded deliberation player is a live production run.

Designed to survive hard questions

A serious demonstration should leave room for disagreement, missing context, and failure—not route around them.

Provenance-clear

The audience is told which surface, seat, and substrate produced the answer.

Context-bounded

If a question requires history the seat cannot retrieve, it says so and keeps the handoff explicit.

No continuity theater

Session limits, rollover behavior, and backup arrangements are rehearsed rather than hidden.

Human-led

The system demonstrates capability. A person defines the question, owns the decision, and controls the room.

Bring the question you do not want answered by a black box.
